Well, as some of you know - it was my birthday Saturday...and I was not really looking forward to this #, but I had a really good weekend anyway. On Friday - we went to (Brady's) MeeMaw's house (whom we share a drive w/ about a 100 yds away) for my birthday family dinner. My youngest nephew (Bryan & Catherine's son - Lewis Paul) was so excited because he had picked a very special gift to give me: several of his Lightning McQueen cars & parking trailers & tractors, etc. It was too cute - he couldn't wait for me to open his presents! (If you look closely in the background, you'll see him covering his face w/ his hands in excitement!)
(Of course, I didn't keep them because I knew he would be knocking down my door if I had...though, I'm sure Bella would have loved to play with them or at least put them in her mouth!)
On Saturday, we dropped off Bella at her Gigi & Grandaddy's house, so that we could meet up with our friends David & Barbie - in Midlothian. We went to a little sushi place in Mansfield called Suzushi's - (OMG, the incredible roll is delish!) and then went to see the movie Burn After Reading. Then of course, when we got back to their house - we had to play Rock Band. My girl - Barbie - is killer on the drums, I was sooooo impressed. We had been thinking about getting this, but didn't know if you had to have a lot of people for it to be fun - so now that we know you can have fun playing solo or w/ others we're totally going to be adding this to our current Wii collection. We had so much fun - thanks Dave & Barb! (For those of you who know them, I'm including a pic of Barbie w/ her daughters Emma & Ava.)

Happy late birthday... you share your b-day w/ my daughter. Hey, I also noticed you guys were in my neck of the woods and yes, that place is yummy!
Happy late b-day! I am so jealous you got to hand with Ken and Barbie! I am so glad you put pictures of them on there- it has been FOREVER! Sounds like a great time and I hope your school year is going great! Love you! :)
