Ok, so Mel tagged us to post things about our hubbies - here are a few of my faves about Brady, in no particular order:
1. Brady is my best friend - I truly enjoy spending time with him, doing whatever - so every moment I can - I thank God for opening my eyes to him. He's someone you can depend on to be there for you, whatever you need. He's not afraid to be the spiritual leader in our family & grow more in the Lord.
2. Bella is so blessed to have him for a daddy. Nothing is too great or too little, when it comes to her - he bathes her, feeds her, changes diapees/diapoos, gets her dressed, shops for girly clothes...
3. He is a man of many hidden talents ... for those who didn't know - he did all the flower arrangements at our wedding (I'm talking bouquets to boutonnieres). Basically, he looked at what I wanted & said, "I can do that"...and he did! This is not something (prior to marriage) that I would have expected from him, because he is such a "guy's guy".
4. He is such a handyman - he can fix just about anything. Often, he can just look at something & figure out how it works. That's such a comfort to have, especially living off in the country as we currently do.... I'm in no way mechanically inclined - unless it involves technology. He is not afraid of work - hard or easy.
5. He is sooooo smart & loves to learn (currently - child development & science courses for prereqs for PT/PA school)....I am constantly in awe about all the things he knows about & does well - welding, construction, mechanics, etc. I learn so much from him everyday and this makes me aware of how little I really know.
6. He is such a genuine person - so patient, so loving, so selfless, so sensitive to his family's needs. I find qualities in him that I strive for more every day. I was able to take a glimpse of things to come, when I was prego w/ Bella - he was so attentive & doting to my every whims, no matter how ridiculous. He made sure I was well rested, hydrated - had enough pillows for those swollen feet, etc. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect husband or father for Bella.
7. He listens - he was always there for me to vent to, listening patiently to me rant or go on my soapbox, everyday that I came home from teaching! I'm sure he's glad to have a reprieve from that this year, since I've been staying home.
8. He is the creative ying to my analytical yang...I remember when I was teaching, how he always came up with the best ideas for bulletin boards, projects, etc. for my class.
9. He is an organizing PHENOM! I like to be organized, but am a bit challenged on how to actually go about it - so he gets me started (I guess, it's that creative genius within). He constantly works on being more efficient in our house, in our life - which was really great for our business!
10. He is hysterical - sooooo funny & knows what it takes to get me out of my moods. It's hard to stay in a funk, when I have such a joker for a husband. Again, the Lord knew what He was doing when He put us together!
Brady, these are just a few of the many things that make me love you more & more each day....I love you, honey!

Love it! It's fun to think back to when you guys got together. We were so excited and had so much fun with our little gang of friends. It is really amazing how God knows what your exact compliment in life is and it has really been fun to see each of our "group" turn into little families! Love you all three! Give Brady a hug from Mel for being such a great Papa! I never doubted it!
what a man! i cannot believe he did all your floral stuff. that is awesome! what cute pics of bella. she is adorable. she is fortunate to have you both. she will not have a dull life - i can say that for sure.....
I totally agree. Brady is one of the sweetest people (along with YOU) that I've ever met. He is such a genuinely nice person, and I know that he still would probably do anything for me. Love the two of you, you are too precious.
