In honor of our little one's monthly b-day, I thought I'd list a few of my faves that I love about her at this stage in her life.
- the way she's able to find her passy & just plop it back in - (thank you God for allowing us to sleep again!)
- the way she lights up when she sees either me or her daddy
- her giggles when she's being tickled or when we play peek-a-boo; she even tries to play peek-a-boo herself & laughs hysterically
- how petite she is: we put her in 6-9 month clothing, but have to roll the sleeves & pant legs; she still fits into most of her 3-6 month clothing
- the reactions we elicit from her when we make goofy faces
- the way she lays her head on my shoulder when she's tired or wants to cuddle
- the way she smells - I love that baby smell!
- her enthusiasm at bouncing around in her jumper seat (I also chant "bounsa-wownsa-wownsa" to get her going & to see that little bald head bouncing around excitedly is hysterical!)
- the expressions she makes when watching us eat or wash dishes - (she just follows us around with those big eyes & smacks her lips)
- the way she holds up her arms when you get near her, so she can be picked up (how can you refuse that?)

She's is so cute. It's amazing how the time flies; you'll look up and she's going to be 2. Enjoy this precious time in her life.
I can't believe it has been 9 months- she is so precious. You look so happy in that picture! Glad your parents got to come visit too- I know you enjoyed that. Did you all have an Irwin egg hunt? I remember our little easter baskets when we all went up there that Janice would fix up. I know I have some pictures somewhere...? Good times. Tell Brady happy early b-day! :)
So sweet! I love the head to head pic with your mom! Suz is right, it goes too fast and you remember the way they looked but not what all these things felt like! I long to know that again aabout Ty but its just gone! Hope you all had a nice Easter, I know you did a hunt!!!
