I meant to upload some pics with my 1st post, but ran out of room. Some people were asking why we call it the Ranch, just check out the goats & guineas! Bella is two months old in these two pics. The goats are dwarf pygmy and were purchased as alternatives to mowing the back lawn - do you see any grass within the fencing of the picture? Brady was so thrilled! :)
The guinea birds were purchased to rid us of insects (mosquitoes, grasshoppers - if they can catch it, they'll eat it). When they are running around, they look like the animated chickens from the movie Chicken Run - they crack us up!
Oh, I can't forget to include pics of the dogs. Harley is our Great Dane, and King Cole is our Italian Greyhound.
When Harley lunges at the gate, Bella just laughs and thinks he is the funniest thing! I'm amazed that she isn't scared of him - I guess she knows
that he's a softie at heart.

YAY! I added you to my blog roll! It has been fun doing this blog thing- I have caught up with lots of college buddies-you will recognize them on the blog- even my best friend from 5th grade in Abilene, Tx! Well, Little miss Bella sure lives up to her name- she is precious and I love seeing Brady as a papa! I know he is making his mama proud. it's been a long time since i have said that to you, but i did call my aunt (named sharon) that once and she immediately corrected me. good to hear from you. mel is so right. this blog thing has been nothing but way to get in touch with a lot of friends. and your little bella is definitely the princess. i will love seeing pics of her on the RANCH! wait til she can walk and she is out chasing the quinea birds while the goats are chasing her (i'm a country girl and those stories do happen)
